Fees

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee.

• Failure to attend an appointment without any prior notice will result in the full consultation fee being charged.

• Alternatively, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance, will be charged the full consultation fee.

Other Fee Information:

• A valid referral from your General Practitioner (GP) is required to be eligible for Medicare rebates for most consultations. Please ensure you have a current referral.

• Fees are due and payable on the day of your consultation

• There is a HICAPS machine at the practice, which allows us to process your Medicare rebate at the time of your appointment, so the rebate can be paid directly into your bank account.

• Please note that Medicare rebates are only applicable to the consultation fee and not to any cancellation fees.
